If the vehicle is cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours to the commencement time :
25% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

If cancelled between 48 Hours and 24 hours from the commencement time: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

If the entire payment is taken in advance, The refund amount after cancellation fee . charges will be credited back to the User's bank account in 7 working days.
